Job role:
Responsible for HR Generalist related tasks in reference to 3 countries 
Gathering and processing paperwork, like contracts and non-disclosure agreements
Providing quality and timely responses/actions on-boarding activities
Keeping the communication flow updated with the head hunters and with the payroll department
Leading the recruitment cycle
Researching  and tracking the ongoing recruitment procedure
Follow up of the adds
Assist with all internal and external HR related matters (interview scheduling and active presence)
Giving active support in terms of HR administration based on the managerial needs
Assisting in evaluation of reports, decisions and results of department in relation to established goals
Recommending new approaches, policies and procedures to continually improve efficiency of the department and services performed.

Ability to handle and maintain confidential information;
Fluency in English (written, spoken)
Fluency in social media, particularly in researching and recruiting candidates through channels such as LinkedIn
Job candidate interviewing skills
Overseeing employee benefits
Ability to develop and carry out manager and employee training programs
Capacity to analyze and work with important HR performance measures, such as employee headcount and retention rates
